Bias to Action and Commitment to Safety: Hung Bui

Danos customer Shell recently recognized Blaster Painter Hung Bui for his bias to action and for his commitment to safety by awarding him with the BBSM Safety Superstar Award. This award is given to employees who demonstrate outstanding commitment to safety.

The customer had this to say, "Hung Bui has been a valuable asset to Mars' team. He is always willing to help out his colleagues and is always looking for ways to improve our processes. This week, he took on a leadership role in the absence of his foreman. He executed our goals for the week and ensured everyone was on the same page. He also took the time to train new employees on our safety procedures.
 
As a result of his hard work and dedication, the paint team met all of our goals for the week. We also had no accidents or injuries, which is a testament to Hung's commitment to safety.
