The COVID-19 virus is creating a wave of loss across our industry. On a personal note, our teammates and families have had to quarantine and endure hospital stays, and some have lost the battle to this aggressive virus. Professionally, worksites and facilities are being shut-in, and production has been disrupted, impacting our customers’ ability to deliver energy and our team members’ ability to work and earn a paycheck.
This is a big challenge for Danos, our customers and our communities. An increasing number of our customers are requiring vaccines for all employees working on job sites and facilities. And while not all our customers are there yet, we believe this is the direction that the industry is headed.
We are a team at Danos. We care for and protect one another at the job site and beyond. We want to do our part to help ensure you are safe, have a job in a safe work environment, and spend the least amount of time quarantined and separated from your loved ones. So that’s why we are asking that, if you are eligible, please get the COVID-19 vaccine.
All employees who are fully vaccinated by Sunday, October 31, will receive a $100 bonus. In addition, fully vaccinated employees will be entered into a raffle sponsored by the Danos Foundation. The raffle winner can select a nonprofit organization to receive a $10,000 donation from the Foundation.

To receive your $100 bonus and enter the raffle, submit proof of vaccination to HR at [email protected]. The bonus payments will be included in the next available paycheck following proof of vaccine submittal and are subject to normal employment taxes. If you have previously submitted your proof of vaccine, you are automatically entered into the raffle and will receive your bonus in your next available paycheck.
