Boss for the Day - Kendall Smith

This Monday, Kendall Smith, the nephew of Stacey Gisclair, who serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Danos, seized the chance to shadow the company's owners, vice presidents and managers and assume the role of boss for the day. Stacey won boss for the day through the 2023 Danos Foundation Online Silent Auction.

Kendall's day was filled with insightful one on one sessions with some of Danos' finest. He even got to have lunch with Owners Hank and Mark Danos.

About Kendall

Kendall is pursuing a mechanical engineering degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a member of Louisiana Engineering Society and American Society of Mechanical Engineers where he serves as the secretary. While Kendall enjoys the complexities of engineering, he also aspires to earn a place in the managerial side of the industry.
