BP Demonstrates a One Supply Chain Mentality

One of Danos' newer BP Warehousemen Jordan Yentzen recently submitted a WATCH card revolving around the 3 F’s (follow the rules, finish what you start and follow up). His card stated this below:

After reaching out to Jordan for a little back story on the card, he stated:

“The situation was, I had asked Kelly for guidance on an inventory issue between Argos and cross-dock.  The conversation was over Microsoft Teams. After some digging, she gave me the information needed to resolve the issue, but I could not respond to let her know that everything was good to go. (I forgot what pulled me away, but it needed my immediate attention for about an hour.) The following morning, Kelly reached out to me inquiring if everything was sorted out on my end, the third “f.” It is a good feeling knowing I have that kind of support back on land. So, she did all three F’s now that I type this out.

On a personal note, the whole crew back at PMF & cross-dock have been super helpful and supportive of any assistance I need out here. They have fostered a “team-oriented” culture.

As an organization, we try to instill a “One Supply Chain” mentality, meaning from our GM to our newest hire, we are all important cogs in the i2ms and Danos machine. The dedication to this cultural trait is shining through here.

Well done both Kelly and Jordan!
