Competency Development

As part of our 2022 strategic priority to “Set the Standard,” we have kicked off our competency development strategic initiative. Over the past few years, we have developed great tools and processes for assessing the competencies of our field employees for the jobs that they are assigned.
To really set the standard around developing our field employees, our strategic initiative in competency development will provide a clear roadmap for employees to gain the necessary skills to advance and be promoted in their area of expertise. To improve on what we previously developed internally, we have partnered with iCan to help us with our competency assessment roadmap.
The project is off to a good start, with Danos selecting a small group of candidates to test the process and to help us develop realistic timelines for rolling this out to our larger group of field employees. The initial test group of employees are scheduled to start first week of March. The current estimated timeline for making this available to a larger group is the end Q2 2022.
