Congrats to Our 2022 Employees of the Year!

Congratulations to our 2022 Employees of the year: Construction Superintendent Thomas “Jeff” Lander and Eagleford Area Manager Greg Short!

Construction Superintendent Jeff Lander was named Dwain “Hog” Carrell Field Employee of the Year. With nearly 23 years of dedication to Danos, Jeff has led some of the most significant projects undertaken by Danos construction. His knowledge and experience have been key to project success and earned recognition from customers. Jeff has consistently taken on the role of a coach, and the projects that Jeff leads boast solid safety records. He is revered by his peers as a "Swiss Army Knife." His versatility and capability make him a trusted choice for critical and high-risk work.

Eagleford Area Manager Greg Short was named Staff Employee of the Year. He has nearly 12 years of service to Danos and is committed to excellence and living out Danos' values. Greg’s role in last year’s Denbury venture ensured a seamless transition. He fosters unity at all levels of the daily routine, maintaining efficiency and safety through constant engagement. Greg empowers his team through inspiration and guidance. He embodies Danos’ values, inspiring others along the way.
