A customer praised Shelf Operator Daniel Dickerson for his commitment to safety saying, “Please pass on to Daniel to keep up the great work in keeping safety as a top priority.” The customer was prompted to send this message after a recent job Daniel completed.

During night operations, Daniel was preparing to offload six personnel. The boat deck was packed with equipment, and personnel could only be offloaded in the front of the deck. Daniel asked the captain to reposition the boat before sending down the basket because he could not clearly see the basket land over a 10x10x10 cargo box. The captain repositioned, and crane operations continued safely.

The customer said, “We need to keep in mind how and when people and equipment will be unloaded offshore. Fortunately, Daniel is an above average crane operator and did the right thing.”

Daniel is always conscientious and aware of his surroundings offshore, and he submits very good observations. He conducts business in a positive and professional manner, and this is proof that the customer appreciates it. Job well done, Daniel.
