Danos Sponsors Shell Hero Golf Tournament

On November 10, Danos participated in the 22nd Annual Shell HERO Golf Tournament & Cook-off Competition as a Gold Sponsor. HERO is a year-round program where Shell recognizes everyday heroes by matching their personal contributions to qualified nonprofit charities. Through this program, Shell supports employee gifts to select nonprofit agencies and schools throughout the U.S. and extends the reach of its corporate giving beyond its site communities. By matching employee gifts, employee and company resources are leveraged for maximum community benefit.

This year, the HERO tournament raised over $140,000 and had a sell out event with 300 golfers! In addition to being a Gold sponsor, Danos took home the grand champion prize in the cook-off competition! A special thanks to all the Danos employees that participated in the event to contribute to its success!
