Danos' Work Safe Oath Hazard Hunt

As part of our initiative to remember our Work Safe Oath, Danos employees, both in the field and in the office, have the opportunity to participate in monthly hazard hunts.

What is a hazard hunt?

The Hazard Hunt program is a campaign in which positive or negative behaviors are identified by making observations at home and in the work environment. Our goal is to reduce hazards while encouraging safe-work behaviors, keeping in mind our Work Safe Oath.

Rules:

The hazard hunt competition runs from January 1, 2022, through June 30, 2022.

• Danos HSE will continue to communicate the Work Safe Oath, which shall be used while participating in the hazard hunt.
• Employees submit at least one hazard hunt card using the QR code below by the last day of each month throughout the competition.
• Everyone who participates and submits a safe condition and/or at-risk behavior card will be entered for a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card.
• Everyone must participate on an individual basis.
• HSE will gather the monthly submitted hazard cards and randomly draw a winner. Each monthly submission will also be put into a grand prize drawing at the end of the competition. Your chance of winning the grand prize is increased by the quantity of hazard hunt cards submitted.
• If additional actions are needed for a hazard, we ask that you immediately use the hierarchy controls to mitigate the hazard and document on the hazard hunt card for tracking purposes.
