Fab Celebrates 14 Years IFO

Congratulations to the Danos Fabrication team for working 14 years and 1.8 million man-hours without an OSHA recordable incident.
 
This type of safety record is not possible without the below factors:

• Leadership and boots on the ground supervision
• Camaraderie, which ultimately brings forth a “my brother’s keeper” mentality
• Continuity of worker—these guys spend more awake time with their Danos family than with their immediate families. They trust each other.

The team of 25 employees gathered on Wednesday, May 9, to celebrate the accomplishment along with Danos leadership and teammates.
