Flawless Project Execution

A few weeks ago, our CEO Paul Danos introduced our three strategic priorities for 2022: Set the Standard, Employee Experience and Transformational Growth.

Set the Standard - Consistently operating at a level of excellence that others aspire to.

We are excited to announce as part of the Set the Standard priority, the strategic initiative Flawless Project Execution. Flawless Project Execution will help us understand and meet our customers’ expectations involving labor, equipment and subcontractors.

As we reflect on the projects that we have executed over the years, there is no doubt that we live and breathe Danos’ purpose, vision and values. While we have made great progress over the years in executing projects, we always strive to hold true to our value of improvement.

The following are projects that we are developing as part of Flawless Project Execution that are focused on both internal and external customers:

• Increase operations management engagement with customers to better understand expectations,
• Operations managers to conduct internal job kick-off meetings with appropriate personnel,
• Reevaluate subcontractor and vendor performance reporting, and
• Enhance alignment of invoicing and billing to customers.

Through this initiative, we will work closely with our systems team and others to better understand our systems’ capabilities so that we can efficiently execute projects and ensure the standard is set for future growth.
