Introducing Thelma...

On Tuesday, November 16, our Danos intranet will migrate to The Thelma Resource Center and will incorporate a fresh, new look! 

The changeover will happen automatically, so there's nothing you need to do.  We’ve had our current intranet for over a decade, and our IT team has been hard at work building a new, updated resource center that will replace the current system and better serve employees. Upon your initial login you will experience an evolved intranet resource center. As the company continues to grow, this will serve as a resource center for Danos, LLC as well as future venture companies.

Who is Thelma?

Mrs. Thelma Savoie Danos was the wife of our founder, Allen Danos Sr., mother of Hank, and granny to Eric, Paul and Mark. She was an integral part of the launch of Danos. Her office was a kitchen table in the family's modest Larose home, where she assisted with bookkeeping, hosted clients and supported her husband. The Thelma Resource Center, named in honor of the Danos matriarch who helped start our company, includes:

• personal profiles
• communication & news
• timesheets
• payroll
• training
• reports
• employee management
• important company documents
• and more!!

Much like Mrs. Thelma worked behind the scenes to help the company, this system will aid Danos employees daily by incorporating our value of service. The Thelma Resource Center is an integral part of keeping the company running smoothly and providing valuable access and information to employees.

While Thelma will arrive with a new look, some of the hyperlinks may lead back to the “old intranet.” There will still be many components to move and improve, but we’ve prioritized the most utilized and most important first! Our IT team will continue to roll out improvements and updates as they become available.

• Dashboard personalization
