With a fresh new year starting, we are resuming initiatives to support our vision by leveraging technology to solve challenges for our organization and customers.

Business systems projects that we paused in 2020 focusing on transformation and optimization are back in full swing. We have even added a project focused on core business processes - those processes that produce the inputs/outputs of systems serving our employees and customers. Our efforts in process management will provided increased efficiencies while helping shape our information flows to employees, customers and between systems.
