Preparing the Next Generation

Danos is living the company Purpose through our On-the-Job Learning Program, also known as our field internship program. The program is designed to provide a pipeline for talent and build a competent workforce of the future that aligns with industry needs. Customizable solutions address customer goals and objectives and provide employees with valuable on-the-job experience. Through these programs, we are preparing the next generation of workers for a future in the energy industry and solving customer challenges.
As the program continues to grow, we have seen an increase in interest from both customers and from participants. During Q1 of this year, Danos has far exceeded records as compared to previous years in the number of interns placed with customers. The interns have been placed at different customer work locations across various geographies in Louisiana and Texas. In support of our program, we also continue to expand our partnerships with community and technical colleges in areas where our customers operate and where our future workforce lives and works.
