Danos is living its company Purpose through our On-the-Job Learning Program, also known as our field internship program. The program is designed to provide a pipeline of talent and build a competent workforce for the future that aligns with industry needs. Customizable solutions address customer goals and objectives and provide employees with valuable on-the-job experience. Through these programs, we are preparing the next generation of workers for a future in the energy industry while preparing them to solve customer challenges.
