We are living through a time right now that is one of the most challenging in recent memory. Yet, I continue to find hope in the amazing insight and dedication of the Danos team and customers as we join together to respond to and anticipate the challenges presented by the current environment.

I want to assure you that Danos’ corporate headquarters and satellite office locations are 100% operational, maintaining business continuity by working onsite or remotely as needed. As always, our operations teams remain engaged in continuous communication with our employees and customers.

• Our account managers are contacting employees who are preparing to go offshore or report to work sites and informing them of the most current information we have about their work assignments and checking on their well-being.
• Our sales and operations leaders continue to work closely with customers to fully understand impacts to current work assignment status, realizing the need to adjust based on the ongoing fluidity of the situation.

Currently, we do not expect our employees to have barriers to traveling to worksites or transportation hubs (shorebases/heliports). Shelter-in-place orders do not restrict travel from city to city or even across state lines. If employees are stopped by law enforcement while traveling to/from a worksite, we have issued a letter stating that their business-related travel is essential as defined by the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

We continue monitoring the guidelines established by our local, state, and federal government officials and healthcare providers to ensure we are doing our part to minimize the potential exposure and spread of COVID-19. First, we are following guidance from the CDC. We have enacted things such as health screenings before traveling offshore or upon entering Danos facilities, more frequent cleaning protocols and contact tracing in our offices. The detailed list of actions Danos is taking is outlined in our COVID-19 plan.

The energy community is well versed at overcoming challenges, and I take comfort today in knowing that we’re in this together. And that Danos will continue to be guided by our Purpose no matter what environment we are facing.
