MMS Recognizes Danos & Curole Operational Safety

Danos & Curole has been awarded the Lake Jackson District MMS Safety Award for Excellence for the outstanding manner in which employees conducted their operations in production performed throughout 2009. The District awards are given based lost time incidents reported, maintenance and general housekeeping, cooperative personnel, well maintained platform records, up-to-date personnel training records and compliance with requirements.

Although this is the sixth MMS District Safe Award the company has been awarded, this is the first time that Danos & Curole has received the award in this particular district. In past years, the company has received the Lafayette District Safe Award 3 times and the Houma District Safe Award 2 times.

In addition to the district award, Danos & Curole has been nominated once again to receive the MMS National Safe Award for Excellence. On a national level, the company has been nominated a total of nine times and won the award four times.
